Report repair requests here. If a repair is going to be monitored or defered, add these
details as well. If there is more than one job on the repair request then you can add
another job as well. Different repairers can be allocated to each job if need be and each
job can be tracked separately until repaired.
Fill in any monitoring details if a repair request is being monitored
Print a jobcard to send to workshop or outside repairer for completion. If more than one
job is entered and they are for the same repairer they will appear on the same jobcard. If
there are more than repairer then a jobcard for each repairer will be printed.
When the completed job card comes back from repairer/workshop fill in the job completion
details and then click on export to maintenance entry where the job can be costed. This is
shown in more detail in the next screen shot.
When the export to maintenance entry is clicked on some of the information will be
exported into the maintenance entry shown above. You need to add a maintenance code and
any parts used in the repair. If any parts are entered against an oustside supplier then
this information can be exported to MYOB creditors.
